The day’s program has been carefully prepared by the ILACP Public Private Liaison Committee, chaired by Paul Ohm of Monterrey Security.

Daniel S. McDevitt, retired chief of police and now a principal with REM Management Services. He has been very active with the Illinois Chiefs and in 2017 received our Laurence P. Mulcrone Public Private Partnership Award.
