*If you are a small department you may be qualified for the limited Use of Force Certification discount. This discount, or more accurately the credit, only applies to one person in an agency when they meet all of the following criteria:
  • Agency applied for Use of Force Certification between September 1, 2023 and December 1, 2023
  • Agency received a letter from the ILACP offering the credit OR to continue with the certification process
  • Opted to NOT continue with the certification process
