Chief Frank Kaminski Announces 4th V.P. Candidacy for ILACP
Chief Kaminski of the Park Ridge Police Department has announced his intention to campaign for the office of 4th Vice President to the Illinois Association of Chiefs of Police. Chief Kaminski has been a member of the Illinois Chiefs Association since 1988. Please read his letter of intent as directed to ILACP Office Manager Mark Wilkans.
